Safety

As part of your registration, there is a media waiver form, allowing us to proudly use images and video footage of the student for advertising and promotional purposes. Should you have any concerns whatsoever with signing this, please see our staff. They will happily assist you.

The Principal and staff at Peninsula Ballet School are educated in the negative impact of inappropriate music and costume selection when it comes to performing dance routines. We are wholeheartedly committed to ensuring children in all of our dance routines are not subjected to any inappropriate songs, costuming or make-up.
Our staff members all have current WWCC and have all been trained in basic first aid. Students must be prompt in arriving to class in order not to miss warming up time. Without a proper warm-up the student is prone to injury and so will not be allowed to participate until warmed up.

Students cannot wait outside the studio and must be collected from within the studios or foyer area ONLY. Pre-School parents and the parents of new students at their first class are permitted to stay in the studios during tuition periods (or if their child is upset), though all parents should aim to leave as soon as practicable to develop their child’s independence. Families may attend OPEN DAYS, held in the last week of each Term.
